| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Gail Wisner for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Wisner was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 27, 2004. By decision and order of this court dated September 17, 2007, Ms. Wisner's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon furnishing the Court with proof that Gail Wisner has satisfied the continuing legal education requirement (see 22 NYCRR 691.11-a [c][4]).
