| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Long Island University to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 21, 2009, to include certain material, and to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is granted to the extent that the record is enlarged to include two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 21, 2010, and December 17, 2010, respectively, and on or before June 14, 2011, the respondent Long Island University shall serve and file a supplemental record containing those orders, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 28, 2011, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
