DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts for an order suspending the respondent from the practice of law, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.4(l)(1)(i), upon a finding that she is guilty of professional misconduct immediately threatening the public interest based upon her failure to comply with the lawful demands of the Grievance Committee in connection with its investigation of complaints of professional misconduct against her. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 19, 1997.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and in the papers filed opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the opinion and order of this Court dated May 24, 2011, disbarring the respondent (see Matter of Saghir,______AD3d______ [2d Dept, May 24, 2011]).
