Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on April 2, 2010, and September 16, 2010, for an additional order regarding stenographic copies of certain minutes, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Patricia Curto sworn to April 1, 2011, and April 5, 2011, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 9, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 11, 2011, and inserting in its place the date July 25, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered September 16, 2010 is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before July 25, 2011, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
