Petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from an order and an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on November 9, 2009, and April 19, 2010, and for permission to file a 120-page brief, and

Appellants having cross-moved for permission to expedite the appeals and for permission, to the extent that respondent's motion is granted, to file a reply brief of up to 50-pages,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Robert Louis Riley, Esq. dated May 12, 2011, and May 20, 2011, the affirmation of Craig M. Atlas, Esq. dated May 19, 2011, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent's motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted, on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before July 28, 2011, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before August 12, 2011, and

It is further ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent's motion is otherwise denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
