DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 22, 2010, to supplement the record on appeal to include appellant's copy of a so-ordered stipulation dated November 23, 2009, and to amend the appellant's brief to indicate that the attorney who will be arguing the appeal is Edward Josephson, Esq.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to supplement the record on appeal to include appellant's copy of a so-ordered stipulation dated November 23, 2009 is granted, and the record is deemed so supplemented; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to amend the appellant's brief is granted and the brief is deemed amended to indicate that the attorney who will be arguing the appeal is Edward Josephson, Esq.
