Motion by Richard A. Brown for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 4, 2010, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 20, 2008, and dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered June 2, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
