Motion by the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to Public Officers Law § 36 to supplement the record to include certain motion papers submitted to this Court, and to take judicial notice of an "official action by the Town Board," taken on April 27, 2011, and a certain proclamation made by the respondent William Weaver on April 28, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
