Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated April 12, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the order dated April 12, 2011 is vacated, and the appeal shall be perfected by August 5, 2011.
