The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Dmitriy Shenker, Appellant.

Motions by appellant, returnable April 28, 2011 and May 2, 2011 to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered April 19, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion returnable May 2, 2011 is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by July 1, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion returnable April 28, 2011 is denied as moot.
