The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Steven Crawford, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, rendered May 24, 2010, and to reconstruct missing portions of the record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by September 2, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that branch of the motion seeking to reconstruct the missing portions of the record is denied without prejudice to appellant moving for this relief in the District Court.
