Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Laurie M. Beckerink, Esq. sworn to April 29, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Harold Hall sworn to May 12, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without further order unless the appeal is perfected on or before September 6, 2011.
