On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 1, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered February 9, 2011, is amended by deleting from the address in the ninth decretal paragraph thereof the words "Suite 10-318" and substituting therefor the words "Suite 10-308."
