ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "January 4, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "January 14, 2011."
