Application by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated March 31, 2011, which granted the appellant's prior motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 14, 2009, and to deem the prior motion withdrawn.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 31, 2011, which granted the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 14, 2009, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is deemed withdrawn.
