Motion by the respondent to amend a decision and order of this Court dated March 8, 2011, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 23, 2010, and to vacate a judgment of the same court entered March 30, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the decision and order of this Court dated March 8, 2011, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the judgment entered March 30, 2011, is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.
