Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 21, 2009, in effect, to reargue that branch of his prior motion which was to compel the respondent to furnish certain material to the appellant, which was decided by decision and order on motion of this Court, dated March 4, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
