DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis, to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated April 30, 2001 (People v Muhammad, 282 AD2d 761), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 24, 1997, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 23, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
