Application by the appellant, which has been referred to me for determination, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated November 23, 2010, which denied his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated April 30, 2001 (People v Muhammad, 282 AD2d 761), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 24, 1997.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application pursuant to CPL 460.20 and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied.
