| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 20, 2010, and to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until June 21, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 21, 2011, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
