Motion by appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Fourth District, entered January 21, 2009, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 23, 2010, or, in the alternative, to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order dated December 23, 2010, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 25, 2011, or, in the alternative, to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order on motion dated March 25, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
