Application by the respondents Helene Zaltz, Israel Zaltz, Lisa Zaltz, and Tzippy Ostreicher Zaltz pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, both dated August 26, 2010, and an order of the same court dated November 22, 2010. Application by the respondents Adelle Lawrence, Ira Lawrence, David Lawrence, and Robert Lawrence for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondents Helene Zaltz, Israel Zaltz, Lisa Zaltz, Tzippy Ostreicher Zaltz, Adelle Lawrence, Ira Lawrence, David Lawrence, and Robert Lawrence to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 15, 2011, and those respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
