Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 14, 2009, and August 30, 2010, respectively, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to strike the record and brief filed by his counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
