DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the respondent Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and by the respondent Michael Ostad and Abraham Ostad, in effect, to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 13, 2010, and a judgment of the same court dated October 4, 2010, for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]).
