DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated October 18, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing its briefs on the appeals is enlarged until July 18, 2011.
