Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 15, 2010, to vacate a stay of all proceedings granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2011, for the limited purpose of permitting them to make a motion in the Supreme Court for certain relief.
