Separate applications by the respondent T.C. Dunham Paint Company, Inc., and the respondent Akzo Nobel Coatings, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 8, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time of the respondent T.C. Dunham Paint Company, Inc., and the respondent Akzo Nobel Coatings, Inc., to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until July 15, 2011, and the briefs of the respondent T.C. Dunham Paint Company, Inc., and the respondent Akzo Nobel Coatings, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date.
