Motion by Jack Barresi pursuant to CPL 460.20 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated January 18, 2011, which affirmed a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 7, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed, as this Court does not have jurisdiction to entertain a second motion pursuant to CPL 460.20 (see People v Nelson, 55 NY2d 743; People v McCarthy, 250 NY 358).
