DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 29, 2009, and for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before August 22, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file exhibits to the supplemental brief is denied.
