Application by Frank Salerno, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 14, 2009, in effect, to substitute Frank Salerno, as administrator of the estate of Darlene Salerno, for the deceased respondent Darlene Salerno, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Frank Salerno, as administrator of the estate of Darlene Salerno, is substituted for the deceased respondent Darlene Salerno, and the caption is amended accordingly.
