ORDER ON APPLICATION

Separate applications by Granite State Insurance Co., Travelers Indemnity Company of America, as subrogee of Shore Drugs, Inc., and Utica First Insurance Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, all dated April 16, 2010, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 30, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications of Granite Insurance Co., Travelers Indemnity Company of America, as subrogee of Shore Drugs, Inc., and Utica First Insurance Company are granted and the time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 5, 2011, and their briefs must be served and filed on or before that date,
