DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Putnam County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated July 21, 2010. By scheduling order dated May 12, 2011, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until June 10, 2011. The appellant has not perfected the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for failure to timely perfect the appeal in accordance with the rules and scheduling order of this Court dated May 12, 2011 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), 670.8[e]).
