| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated June 7, 2010. The motion for assignment of counsel was granted on October 28, 2010, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto; it is
