| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 17, 2011, to reinstate a stay of, inter alia, the closure of the John J. Foley Nursing Facility or termination of nursing services at that facility, which was granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 3, 2011, and vacated by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 28, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
