| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Amy Lesserson Brown for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Brown was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 4, 1983, under the name Amy G. Lesserson. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 16, 2004, Ms. Brown was disbarred based on her conviction of a felony and her name was struck from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Amy Lesserson Brown's fitness to be an attorney.
