Motion by the nonparty-appellant, inter alia, to amend a decision and order of this Court dated March 29, 2011, which determined an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 1, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, without prejudice to renew in the event that the Family Court, Queens County, fails to conduct a dispositional hearing in the above-entitled proceeding.
