| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 8, 2007, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief raising the issue that pretrial dismissal of the two counts of the indictment of which he was convicted requires reversal of the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental brief on or before July 27, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file its supplemental respondent's brief on or before August 31, 2011.
