Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated August 3, 2009, and October 19, 2009, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 16, 2010.
