Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 10, 2010, and dated March 7, 2011, respectively, inter alia, to modify the order dated March 7, 2011, by directing that the security for a certain attachment consist solely of a lien on certain real property.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
