Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on July 16, 2010 (Appeal No. 1), and August 11, 2010 (Appeal No. 2), to extend the time to perfect said appeals, to stay a trial, and to expedite said appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul D. McCormick, Esq, dated May 19, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Richard P. Plochocki, Esq. dated May 26, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals from the orders entered July 16, 2011, and August 11, 2011, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appeals are deemed timely perfected, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
