Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on October 6, 2009, and November 30, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Melvin Bressler, Esq. dated June 13, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 6, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 14, 2011, and inserting in its place the date July 8, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 6, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 29, 2011, and inserting in its place the date July 25, 2011.
