Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 24, 2011, and for assignment of counsel,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kendall L. Danner, sworn to May 20, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Linda M. Campbell, Esq., 333 East Onondaga Street, Syracuse, New York 13202-2011, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Oswego County, provide Linda M. Campbell, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed April 8, 2011, shall be treated as valid as to the orders of Family Court, Oswego County, entered March 24, 2011, under docket numbers V-00981-07/10M (CAF 11-01091), V-00981-07/10N (CAF 11-01092) and V-00981-07/10P (CAF 11-01093).
