Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 29, 2010, and July 21, 2010, and respondent Jon Ward having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his briefs,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jon H. Ward, sworn to June 1, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
