| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Terry Kornicki, inter alia, for leave to prosecute an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 18, 2010, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, to reinstate her appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated February 4, 2008, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion dated January 14, 2011, and for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeals from the decree dated October 18, 2010, is enlarged until August 31, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
