Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 12, 2011, as dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 2, 1995, on the ground that the appellant abandoned the appeal, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
