DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 29, 2009, and to compel the Civil Court to produce the complete file.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by September 2, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the Civil Court to produce the complete file is denied without prejudice to appellant moving in the Civil Court to reconstruct the missing portions of the record.
