Application by the respondent Mercy Medical Center pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 5, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Mercy Medical Center to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 27, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Mercy Medical Center must be served and filed on or before that date.
