Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals in the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the joint appendix and the appellant-respondent's brief which were submitted to the Clerk of this Court are accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 12, 2011, the appellant-respondent shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing a copy of the order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, May 6, 2011, and the notice of appeal and notice of cross appeal from that order; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before August 11, 2011.
