Motion by Amora Rachelle Rabinowich for leave to appeal to this Court from six orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 10, 2011, May 18, 2011, June 9, 2011, June 10, 2011 (two orders), and June 14, 2011, respectively, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the provisions of the orders which prevent her from traveling with the subject children to California, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
