Motion by State Wide Insurance Co. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated December 20, 2010, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 30, 2008, and dismissed an appeal from an order of the same court entered May 27, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
